How to retrieve TCPView data for Login Failed

  1. Download and Extract https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/tcpview.aspx
  2. Launch TCPView
  3. Under Options Tab in TCPView uncheck "Resolve Addresses" and "Show Unconnected Endpoints" if they are checked.
  4. Launch Dungeon Defenders II
  5. Keep going until you see the error message below. 
  6. Click Yes and
  7. Immediately alt-tab into TCPView and go to File -> Save As...
  8. Save the Text file to what ever name you like and then email that to logs@trendyent.com
